Identifile develop and supply a complete range of identity card solutions for staff, contractors and visitors. Our software products, which are developed at our Welwyn Garden City offices, are complimented by a variety of camera and printer options, together with comprehensive installation, training, support and ongoing consumable supply facilities.
Whether your requirement is for staff identity cards or disposable paper passes for visitors our software is developed with the user in mind and to suit companies and organisations, both large and small.
You may not initially consider using your identity card or visitor pass with any associated technologies, such as proximity or smart card chips, but you may in the future. All Identifile software has built in flexibility, enabling it to be networked and integrated with our other products to provide services for different users and departments. The modular construction also allows for easy upgrades and expansion.
In addition to industry leading software we can offer a consultancy service too, advising on installation and integration issues, together with assistance on associated technologies, for instance, access control and vending. Identifile is able to transfer and integrate existing database information from most sources without the need for software changes. We guide you through this process and deliver to you a comprehensive system.
Whilst most of our systems are user installable, we also offer an installation service and assistance with the database layout and identity badge design. Once installed, we ensure that all software and hardware is operating correctly and efficiently. Although our software products are designed to be easy to use, we can provide initial staff training for everyone involved. Furthermore, we offer additional training for new staff or for system upgrades.
Our systems and package solutions are supplied with an identity card printer, digital camera and consumables. As a dealer for leading identity card printer manufacturers we can also supply printers individually, together with the supply of maintenance, consumables and spares.
