Visitor Express is a kiosk based self-booking visitor application providing a simple and quick method of recording visitor activity, including a photograph (where required) and producing a visitor pass. Visitor Express is specifically designed for use with touch screen technology in a floor standing or wall mounted kiosk. Utilising clear and simple user prompts the touch screen technology enables the visitor to enter their details. These normally include their name; their company; their host (depending on how the system is configured) and to capture their image. The system then automatically and quickly produces a visitor pass, which can incorporate pre-printed evacuation and/or Health & Safety instructions.

 

The visitor pass can also be configured to include a bar code that enables Visitor Express to link seamlessly into an installed access control system. For further information on supported access control systems please contact our technical team.

 

A Visitor Express kiosk can operate as a standalone unit, be networked or access the web for remote storage. Visitor records can be stored locally on Microsoft SQL Server Express, on the network on Microsoft SQL Server or through a remote web service where multiple locations are supported.

	Fast production of an evacuation report to a designated printer.
	Meeting Manager, providing the visitor the ability to book against a particular meeting, network required.
	SQL Wizard report generator.
	Visitor Express Studio.

 

Visitor Express Studio is an administrators application for Visitor Express, which can also be used to produce visitor passes. With Visitor Express Studio the user can book visitors on site, manage visitor’s host details, produce comprehensive reports, and produce an evacuation report.
