Identifile 2000 is equally suitable for simple low volume badge production requirements, as well as more complex high volume network based solutions.

Capture Screen

The capture screen allows you to acquire images from disk and external devices, i.e. digital camera, video camera, scanner etc. These can then be incorporated into a database record. Functions include browsing, cropping, printing, saving, scaling, fast image transfer into a record, and many other facilities. Supports standard PC image formats.

Filtering Records

The filters menu allows the user to select specific records based on their contents, for instance list all first aiders, fire wardens etc.

Design your own badges

Using the badge design module, you have the ability to create your own badges to include logos, text, Identifile fields, and pictures of your choice. Decide your badge colours, select specific fields from the main database, and place the image where you want. Support for duplex printing.

Modular design

Unique modular design allows for the addition of many other Identifile applications. You decide which modules are applicable to your application. The Badge Design module accompanies the standard system. Links to Visitors 2000 to provide host information.
