Visage visitor management provides a quick efficient and comprehensive method of pass production for visitors, contractors and temporary staff.

Visage operates within any network environment supporting Microsoft Windows. When sharing information with our Identifile Professional card production system, Visage can link each visitor, contractor direct to a host. Visage supports multiple stations within single or multiple locations, such as reception areas and gatehouses.

Designed to provide a detailed record of all visitors passing through a busy reception, the passes can be produced with or without the visitor’s image and complemented by a range of fields to assist visitor identification.

The speed of pass production within a large reception is of major importance. Visage assists the operator by reducing the number of keystrokes required to produce a pass. This is achieved by limiting the amount of repeat information required for each visitor or contractor, including the facility to enter pre-booked visitors in advance.

The visitor’s record is only entered on the first visit and an image is captured if required. This information, including visitors name, company, car registration and date/time of visit, is held against the host details. On second and subsequent visits the visitors details already exist and can be checked by the reception staff, where alterations may be made as required, i.e. different host, car registration for instance. Visitor details can be entered in advance of a visit or on arrival of the visitor. Badges can be batch printed in advance or printed on demand on the arrival of a visitor. The system operates on a monthly archive, thereby ensuring maximum search performance. A full reporting facility is provided, giving details of visitor activity.

The visitor entry wizard allows the user to enter details in a structured approach. Visitor details are broken up into specific areas, such as Personal, Visit Date, Car, Host, etc.

 

Forms Designer gives you have the ability to create your own badges to include logos, text, fields, and pictures of your choice. Decide your badge colours, select specific fields from the main database, and place the image where you want.

The Gatehouse module allows guards within a gatehouse environment the ability to check prebooked visitors or book visitors in directly. Visitor details are passed through to the activity page for immediate use in the reception, from which a receptionist can log the visitor in. The Gatehouse module can also be used to verify the type of vehicle the visitor arrived in and allows the guards to perform specific (customisable) security checks. The module can also be used to track deliveries.

System Requirements

• Microsoft Windows desktop operating system
• An appropriate server is required for MS SQL Server/Oracle installations where demand is expected to be high. Support and maintenance of the database is responsability of the customer.
