The Identifile Visitor Booking Module provides a quick, comprehensive and low cost method of pass production for visitors. Visitors can also be used to produce passes and log transactions for contractors, temporary staff and other members of staff specific to your company. Visitors operates within any network environment supporting Microsoft Windows and shares information with the Identifile Platinum and 2000 card production systems. This allows the sharing of visitor details between multiple stations and the use of staff details as host information.
Designed to provide a detailed record of all visitors passing through a busy reception, the passes can be produced with or without the visitors image and complemented by a range of fields to assist visitor identification.
The speed of pass production within a large reception is of major importance. Visitors assists the operator by reducing the number of keystrokes required to produce a pass. This is achieved by limiting the amount of repeat information required for each visitor or contractor, including the facility to enter pre-booked visitors in advance.
The visitors record is only entered on the first visit and an image is captured if required. This information, including visitors name, company, car registration and date/time of visit, is held against the host details. On second and subsequent visits the visitors details already exist and can be checked by the reception staff, where alterations may be made as required, i.e. different host, car registration for instance. Visitor details can be entered in advance of a visit or on arrival of the visitor. Badges can be batch printed in advance or printed on demand on the arrival of a visitor. The system operates on a monthly archive, thereby ensuring maximum search performance. A full reporting facility is provided, giving details of visitor activity.
